At CXK, we’re proud to deliver a wide range of services and programmes which support individuals to improve their life choices. In the past year alone, we’ve supported tens of thousands of adults and young people to build employment skills and confidence. In doing so, we help them to take their next steps in life.
The heart of CXK’s mission is to inspire people to thrive. And we achieve this by providing high quality support with a focus on the needs of the individuals we support. Through our three key pillars of work – Information Advice and Guidance; Targeted Support; and Training and Development – we tackle their challenges. We help them to develop new approaches and skills to maximise their potential.
In the past year alone, we’ve supported more than 50,000 individuals across the south-east with our career guidance services and vocational skills programmes. We strive to continue to build on that success and strengthen the quality of services we provide, so that we can reach more people. Our aim is simple: to ensure that our beneficiaries are supported and empowered to be the best they can be. Now and in the future.
