Our mission is “inspiring people to thrive”.  This is achieved through a range of innovative approaches - Information Advice and Guidance, Targeted Support and Training and Development. Our support and empowerment enables individuals to develop their skills, education and abilities - improving their confidence, opportunities, social impact and mobility.

The Charity delivers high profile government schemes such as the National Careers Service, the National Citizen’s Service, the Prince’s Trust and emotional health & wellbeing programmes. These have a significant and proven impact especially for individuals with complex, unstructured lives – improving their attainment, self-confidence, motivation and aspirations.
