CXK is a leading charity that empowers young people and adults to build the skills and confidence they need to move into sustainable education, employment or training. Each year we make a difference to more than 50,000 people across the south-east by delivering various programmes including our Schools Careers Service and the National Careers Service.
We are currently looking to recruit a number of IAG qualified Careers Advisers to deliver information, advice and guidance across various locations across Kent and Sussex (plus virtual delivery), supporting individuals to maximise their potential. Primarily this role will involve working in the community but may also be required to deliver sessions virtually and also provide cover for sickness/annual leave in our prison service.
Choosing a career with CXK means you will join an organisation that supports your development and provides opportunities to take part in rewarding work that allows you to make the most of your potential.

Due to the nature of CXK’s work, these roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
