CXK is a leading charity that empowers young people and adults to build the skills and confidence they need to move into sustainable education, employment or training. In 2017/18 we made a difference to more than 50,000 people across the south-east by delivering various programmes including the National Careers Service.
Having recently been successful in expanding our delivery area for the National Careers Service, we are looking to expand our team of Contact Centre Agents.
We are looking for highly motivated, target driven individuals with strong communication skills together with at least 3 months contact centre and/or customer service experience. Shift rotations will be between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays (please note you would not be expected to work every Saturday).
