Digital Marketing Apprentice

CXK is an award-winning charity that empowers young people and adults to build the skills and confidence they need to move into sustainable education, employment or training.  Each year we make a difference to more than 300,000 people across the South of England.

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Marketing team to start or develop their career in Digital Marketing. 

Alongside your day-to-day role, you will work towards your Digital Marketing Apprenticeship (level 3), with the guidance and support of your experienced colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

• Auditing and updating website and Intranet content.
• Manage all social media accounts – planning and uploading content, contributing to content ideas and design, and working to optimise the reach and engagement of social media content.
• Create high-quality artwork such as leaflets, posters, digital banners, social media visuals that aligns with relevant Brand Guidelines.
• Produce a range of digital communications to agreed schedules including e-bulletins, online events and online surveys.
• Provide monthly analytics reports on the performance of digital communications.
• Undertake a level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship and apply learning and best practice to the role.
