HR Adviser

CXK is an award-winning charity which helps young people and adults to build the skills and confidence they need to move into education, employment or training. As a result, we empower individuals and strengthen communities across the south-east.

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team to provide high quality professional HR guidance, advice and coaching.  You will work in partnership with our managers to enable them to manage and continuously improve the performance of their teams and achieve the best outcomes for both employees and CXK.  As an HR Advisor you will also be expected to support the HR & Training Manager to ensure our policies and processes are kept up to date and relevant.  You will also have the opportunity to participate in HR projects.

**Please note this is a part-time role with hours that can be worked flexibly across Monday to Friday**

Main Responsibilities:

• Working closely with all departments across CXK, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Case manage specific Employee Relations cases with the relevant line manager from inception to conclusion as assigned by the HR & Training Manager.
• To provide support to line managers in ER meetings e.g. investigation, disciplinary, grievance performance etc.
