We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated, client-centred individuals to join our new Trainee Virtual Careers Adviser Programme based in our Contact Centre. We are looking for people who are confident communicating with others, and who are good at explaining information and identifying customer needs. Experience of working in a contact centre/customer service environment is desirable.
Alongside your Contact Centre training you will be given the opportunity to study for the OCR Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice.
