Enzo took part in CXK’s Upcycle Your Skills Ashford programme in February 2026 – a course designed to support long-term unemployed adults to build confidence, develop employability skills and take their next steps towards work.
While being home educated and working towards the GCSE grade he needs to pursue his ambition of becoming a pilot, Enzo was also trying to find his first job.
But like many young people, finding work without previous experience proved difficult.
After signing onto Universal Credit, Enzo was introduced to Upcycle Your Skills through the Jobcentre.
