Reuben took part in CXK’s Connect to Work programme, which provides tailored support to help people overcome barriers, build confidence and move towards employment.
After facing challenges on his journey towards finding work, Reuben was supported by CXK to identify his goals and take steps towards employment.
Through the programme, Reuben received one-to-one support and guidance to help him prepare for the workplace and move closer to his goals.
Now settled into his role, Reuben has completed his journey with Connect to Work having achieved everything he set out to on the programme.
