Client group: People in crisis through mental health, chronic long term disease or at a transition point in life.

The award will be used to fund: A formal training programme for graduates of the Workways programme.

Chelmsford Chess

Client group: The homeless

The award will be used to fund: Train clients in a real-life working situation; enabling them to build self-confidence, dignity, self-worth & independence, and gain a recognised qualification.

Education Futures Trust

Delivery area: East Sussex

Client group: Individuals with poor health, disability, low income, long term unemployment or those with complex needs.

The award will be used to fund: An intensive outdoor education and well-being programme designed to empower participants.

FSN Charity

Delivery area: East Sussex

Client group: Females returning to work

The award will be used to fund: Training in confidence and assertiveness, wellbeing and personal development; in addition  a City & Guilds Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools.

Hastings & Rother Furniture Service

Delivery area: East Sussex

Client group: People who are not currently active in the labour market, due to physical or mental health issues, low skills or no previous work-based experience.

The award will be used to fund: Volunteering opportunities with HRFS to develop skills and confidence.

KATO

Delivery area: Kent

Client group: Females and older people.

The award will be used to fund: Outreach sessions in key wards in Swale & Medway.

Maidstone and Mid-Kent Mind

Delivery area: Kent

Client group: People with mental health challenges

The award will be used to fund: 13 sessions of 2.5 hours each that help people to overcome their mental health issues and become ready for a return to work programme.

Maldon and District CVS

Delivery area: Kent

Client group: People with mental health challenges

The award will be used to fund: Work with individuals and groups to develop digital skills and support people to use digital to increase well-being, self-care and independence.

Medway Plus

Delivery area: Medway

Client group: Migrants, older people and socially isolated people

The award will be used to fund: Outreach and training in the most deprived areas of Medway, where unemployment levels are high and job prospects are low.

Client group: Vulnerable young people who have experienced homelessness
