- Grasp the importance of evidence-based statements for behaviour, personal attributes, and suitability.
- Practice the Situational Judgement Test and refine your interview techniques with the Scoring Matrix.
- Learn the critical “Dos and Don’ts” when applying for a Civil Service position.
- Explore your career progression opportunities within the Civil Service and plan your next steps.
