If you have ever wanted to learn how to juggle or spin a plate then a circus workshop from Kinetic Circus is for you! Kinetic Circus has over twenty years’ experience teaching and performing circus skills, so you are sure to learn something new and have a lot of fun in the process! Every workshop starts with a show jampacked with tricks and jaw dropping skills and then you get to have a go and try it yourself!
After the Circus Workshop, enjoy a fun game of kickball, a North-American twist on rounders that combines both football and baseball.

The Boxing Workshop will be delivered by Olympia Boxing, who deliver Non-Contact Boxing Fitness suitable for all ages and abilities. We provide the gloves and a qualified England Boxing Coach – it’s lots of fun for all the family.

CXK’s Get Reconnected project provides free family fun days and free family events on weekends and in the half term and school holidays. We give young people and their families and friends a space where they can come together and socialise whilst having the opportunity to try out a range of activities.
Those activities are designed for you to come along and have fun! To support your health and wellbeing and give you an experience of activities which you might not have had the chance to take part in before.
