Josh tells us about how he was made redundant half way through his Level 3 Electrical Apprenticeship and how Apprenticeships New Anglia helped him back into employment through TrAC, a not-for-profit Apprenticeship Training Agency. Josh explains how he felt when made redundant and how the “back on TrAC” programme helped him to continue his Apprenticeship.
