CXK is proud to announce that we have been awarded funding to deliver the Connect to Work programme in East Sussex – a national initiative designed to support disabled people, individuals with health conditions, and those facing complex barriers to employment to move into meaningful, sustainable work.
While the programme is being rolled out across England and Wales, CXK’s delivery in East Sussex will focus on supporting young people who need tailored help to progress towards or into employment.

Our team will also work in close partnership with local employers to create inclusive opportunities and promote diversity in the workforce.
As a proud member of Skills East Sussex, the county’s strategic skills board, CXK is committed to a collaborative approach to tackling employment challenges. Our delivery of Connect to Work builds on the strong partnerships we have across the region – including with East Sussex County Council, local employers, training providers, and community organisations.
