CXK Retains Matrix Standard

Friday 13th November 2015

Following a three day re-accreditation process, CXK has maintained its Matrix Standard for impartial information, advice and guidance.

Examining all areas of our CEIAG provision, including the schools guidance and National Careers Service contract, the assessor spoke to 22 delivery staff and 17 customers to gain a complete picture our offer.

Commenting on our key strengths, the adviser made reference to our commitment to innovation to continually improve and develop services.  Particular things highlighted here included Carrus, the psychometric employability skills checker developed in partnership with Career Connect, AQR and Inspira, and our primary school programme Exploring My Future

Where improvements were suggested, these focused around the use of technology (including the use of instant messaging and video) and measuring the impact of training across a longer period.

Concluding the report, the adviser noted the enthusiasm from staff and their commitment to customer service.
