A health and wellbeing plan can be useful for anyone struggling with their emotional or mental wellbeing to help them to think about ways in which they can deal with their difficulties.

The plan provides a framework that you can use to learn more about yourself, and gain more control over your life, your problems and the way you feel.

It is important to remember that this is your plan. Only you can develop it and you can do it how you want to. You don’t have to show it to anybody unless you want to but sharing it with people who are close to you can help them to understand how to help you. A plan can help you to focus, get mental clarity, and help you change your thought processes to focus on the positives.

To develop your plan, note your answers to the questions below and use it as a tool to develop strategic to deal with your difficulties.
