Careers Advice & Guidance

Our practitioners are all qualified to level six in career guidance and therefore qualified to deliver the high-quality independent careers advice and guidance that your school is looking to provide for its students. With great experience of delivering one-to-one and group guidance, our advisors are adaptable and versatile and will help you to design a package of support that suits your learners.

Focus days are also available on a wide range of topics in the work related and careers spheres. CXK practitioners will work with you to create bespoke packages that are tailored to the needs of your students.

Aspirations (Primary)

Exploring my Future is a high-energy, aspirational programme for year six children to help them with motivation and context before they go to secondary school. Children are inspired as they begin to explore career education, healthy living, equal opportunities, decision making skills, researching information and successful transitions.

Targeted Support

Complementary to careers advice and guidance, Targeted Support helps students who may need a bit of extra help to overcome barriers to success. Our advisors are trained to use a six-session intervention model and utilising methods derived from humanistic counselling.

Counselling

Our team of professionally qualified counsellors will work with children and young people of all ages, using person-centred approaches.
