Inspiring futures through apprenticeship awareness and employability skills.
With over 20 years’ experience working in education settings, CXK supports young people to explore the world of work and prepare for life beyond the classroom.
Our apprenticeship and employability workshops give students the tools they need to confidently consider their future options, understand the range of pathways available, and develop key skills that employers look for.
Whether you’re looking to raise awareness of apprenticeships or help students get ready to apply, our sessions are interactive, inclusive, and tailored to your school’s needs – supporting the delivery of a Gatsby-aligned careers programme and contributing to your wider personal development curriculum.
We offer a flexible menu of sessions for KS4 and KS5:
Engaging talks that introduce students to the wide range of apprenticeship pathways and career routes available to them – from intermediate to degree level. Ideal for raising awareness and challenging common myths.
Practical, hands-on sessions that guide students through how to create strong CVs and effective applications for apprenticeships and employment. Sessions are tailored to age group and stage, helping students showcase their strengths.
One-to-one or panel-style mock interviews that help students prepare for real-world interview scenarios. Includes constructive feedback to build confidence and refine technique.
Simulated recruitment activities designed to replicate what students might experience when applying for apprenticeship or graduate schemes. Tasks develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
