Connect to Work is a free, government-funded supported employment programme delivered in East Sussex. We work with employers of all sizes to match job-ready individuals with vacancies, and provide in-work support to help ensure long-term success.

Who we support

We support young people overcoming barriers to employment – including people with health conditions, disabilities, caring responsibilities, experience of homelessness or the care system. All our participants are motivated and ready to work.
