Key Information

Launch Pad has now completed its delivery and will no longer be accepting referrals.

CXK is proud to have worked in partnership with the Prince’s Trust and Employer and Skills Network to deliver Launch Pad; a programme offering free support to help 18-28 year olds find work or training.

The project provided free support to anyone who:

  • lives in Medway or Swale
  • is aged 18 to 28
  • has been out of work for 3 months*

*if you’re a care leaver, you can access support immediately.

During the programme you’ll be matched with a Launch Pad mentor and receive one-to-one support to help you find work.

We can:

  • Link you with our network of employers and training providers.
  • Help you find work experience and job opportunities.
  • Contribute to costs that will help you to get a job e.g. to put towards the cost of an interview outfit or work equipment, to access a short course or training, to pay for official ID, or the cost of travel to work.
  • Put you in touch with professional counselling and mental health services.

Launch Pad is completely free and it won’t affect your benefit entitlement.
