If you’re 18-28, have been out of work or education for at least 3 months, and are living in Medway or Swale, Launch Pad could be the programme for you.
“Through the appointments with my mentor, I gained confidence and found a direction.”
“I wish everyone who is in a similar situation would reach out and accept the help and advice and progress like I have.”
“Launch Pad motivated me to become more motivated, if that makes sense. It was a gentle push in the right direction.”
“My mentor has opened new doorways. He’s been a source of support, easy to talk to and non-judgemental.”
“Before being on Launch Pad I was lacking direction. Confidence was very much in short supply. Socially, this project has worked wonders.”
Launch Pad offers a drop-in service every:

The project provided free support to anyone who:
*if you’re a care leaver, you can access support immediately.
During the programme you’ll be matched with a Launch Pad mentor and receive one-to-one support to help you find work.
Launch Pad is completely free and it won’t affect your benefit entitlement.
