Are you 16-24, unemployed and not sure what to do next?
The Skills Enhancement Programme is a personal development course (12 hours a week minimum) open to anyone aged 16-24 living in Kent, who is not in employment, education or training. The course is designed to support you to build the confidence, support network and skills you need to take your next steps towards finding or job, or moving into education or training.

The programme provides 1:1 mentoring and support for as long as you need it, helping you to explore your future options, increase your motivation and confidence, and work towards securing a job or moving into education or training.
