Steps to Success has moved to a new phase of delivery from September 2024, now operating for 2 years across East Sussex. The project supports young people in Year 10 to find the best route for them at the end of Year 11. Together, we set career-related goals, as well as goals that relate to the young person’s personal development.

Steps to Success – CXK and ESCC working together – will continue as a 2-year programme funded by the Careers and Enterprise Company.
