Charlie has over 15 year’s operational and leadership experience in voluntary and public sector organisations, working with adults and children and their families, developing services to meet their needs and to provide opportunities to break down social boundaries and beliefs. Originally a family support worker, she is still passionate about safeguarding and services for vulnerable people.
Most recently Charlie has been responsible for the strategic mobilisation and operational delivery of national and regional contracts, focusing on performance and quality.
