Paul brings over 20 years’ experience in health, social care, and community support services. He is currently Director at a hospice in Kent, where he leads six patient-facing services.
A trained psychotherapist and former Sexual Health Adviser, Paul has worked in two London-based HIV/Sexual health clinics.
Before moving to the UK, he co-founded Ireland’s first national LGBT helpline, helping to create vital support for marginalised communities. Paul is a passionate advocate for inclusion, accessibility, and person-centred care.
