Connected Futures, a groundbreaking youth-led research project, is looking for employers in Hastings and East Sussex to participate in a survey that will provide valuable insights into young people’s employment opportunities and experiences in the local area.
Led by a group of young peer researchers across Hastings, this research is co-designed and led by those who understand the challenges firsthand. We are genuinely interested in understanding the accessibility of the employment sector in Sussex and Hastings for young people and the pivotal role employers play in supporting them. The Connected Futures project recognises the importance of employer engagement in addressing the challenges faced by young people in finding employment opportunities.
